In a wonderful Tienmu neighborhood, this new and clean property left a positive impression. The breakfast options were excellent, maintaining a high cleanliness standard throughout. While the rooms are a bit compact, the overall service is commendable. Proximity to dining and shopping made our stay here quite enjoyable.

Comfortable room, charming neighborhood, we enjoyed a restful night in a well-designed space with a great bed, and the nearby restaurants and coffee shops made exploring easy.

My stay was quite disappointing due to the rude staff. When I asked for additional chopsticks for our takeout, I was met with an unfriendly response. Additionally, the dining experience was tainted by a staff member who reprimanded us for occupying more tables than we were permitted, despite a prior agreement.

I loved how easily I could stroll to both the beautiful Zhishan Park, almost 2 km away, and the stunning temple nearby, which was just a few steps down the street, making my weekend explorations truly enjoyable.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by various restaurants and close to convenient grocery shops. Rooms may be small, but ours was impeccably clean and well equipped, with three comfortable twin beds. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a decent selection. However, the dining options could be improved, and the room size may not suit everyone.

Disappointing Service Overshadowed the Stay

During our one-night stay, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed and offered little assistance, which detracted from our experience. Breakfast was lackluster due to unhelpful staff. If you're staying with a large group, confirm table arrangements beforehand to avoid interruptions.

The location near TAS was super convenient. Breakfast offered a delicious spread, including great coffee and a nice mix of Asian and Western options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our room was quite small, but it was very clean. Storage space is an issue. we got creative with our luggage and belongings. Also, the bathroom was tiny, making it a bit difficult to maneuver. One night, we felt a lack of basic amenities when requesting extra chopsticks from a rude staff member. This provided a frustrating experience, especially after a long day. More friendly customer service would definitely improve the stay. Overall, the hotel had potential but requires significant improvement in staff interactions.

Cozy little gem in a fab neighborhood

We spent 2 nights in a cute double room. Super comfy bed, with this cool tub to relax in! The room's setup was smart, with space to tuck away bags. Loved the area, tons of awesome spots to eat and drink nearby. They even stored our bikes safely. Only thing is, the room was a bit tight on space.
